The Situation of Characteristics of Strategic Leadership in Yemeni educational Institutions: An Analytical Study

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the situation of strategic leadership characteristics at Yemeni educational institutions. To this end, an analytical inductive approach was used to analyse the strategic leadership characteristics at Yemeni educational institutions in the light of theoretical literature, previous studies and reality indicators. It was found a number of personal and organizational characteristics for strategic leadership at Yemeni educational institutions. Finally, a number of  recommendations and suggestions were introduced.
