Abstract

The research aimed to find out the proposed criteria for evaluating the efficiency of the administrative performance of secondary school principals in Ibb Governorate from the point of view of teachers and educational supervisors. The descriptive-analytical approach was used and the questionnaire was a tool for data collection from a sample of 200 person out of 2874 person representing the population of the study. The research is divided into four sections; the first: an introduction, the second: the theoretical framework, the third: research procedures, fourth: results and discussion. It ends with a conclusion. The results showed that: the most important proposed criteria that received the most attention among the sample were the criteria of efficiency of financial and administrative supervision, the criterion of personal and professional competence, and organization.
