Abstract

The research aimed to compare the level of psychological stress among Yemeni and expatriate Professors at Ibb University. The comparative-descriptive approach is followed using Goldberg general mental health scale on a sample of 100 persons. The research consists of four sections and a conclusion; the first: is the research methodology, the second: the theoretical framework, third: research procedures, fourth: results and their discussion and a conclusion. The main results are that;  there is a low level of psychological stress among Yemeni and expatriate professors at Ibb University and significant differences in the level of psychological stress among university professors in favor of expatriate professors.
