The research aimed to identify the rule of pandemics on crops sales in the schools of Islamic jurisprudence. The comparative-descriptive approach was followed and the research was divided into an introduction and three sections; the first: the meaning of pandemics, the second: the guarantor of the item sold after it is exposed to the pandemic, the third: miscellaneous issues. The results showed that: if a fruit or crop was sold before ripping or destroyed by pandemic, both parties of the contract must reconcile on the status of the damaged item. If the reconciliation is reached, then it should be applied. Otherwise, it is most likely that what the pandemic destroyed is under the seller’s guaranty.
