Abstract

The research aimed to use kinematic hierarchical models to calculate the directional component. The research is divided into three stages; the first: designing a linear kinematic hierarchical model specifically for this purpose, the second: a mathematical formulation suitable for this model through which various probability distributions around the parameter are calculated and the directional component is calculated and the third: confirming the soundness of the proposed method, the trend and prediction component were calculated using a regression line model. The three stages were followed by results and recommendations. The results showed that using hierarchical kinematic models to calculate the directional component leads to obtaining better results with less error. It also highlighted comprehensive information about the parameter and contributed to predicting the future more accurately.
