The Relationship Between Service Design, Provision and the Quality of Accommodation Services: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Guests of Premium Class Hotels

Abstract

The research aimed to survey the guests’ evaluation of the level of the quality of services provided in premium class hotels in Baghdad Governorate. The descriptive-analytical approach was followed. The research was divided into five sections; the first: research methodology, the second: the conceptual framework, the third: data presentation and analysis of results, the fourth: testing the hypotheses, and the fifth: conclusions and recommendations. The main results are: There was a clear communication gap in the nature of providing accommodation service in premium class hotels in Baghdad Governorate, which requires developing the service system and its equipment system.
