Manifestations of facilitation and Relief of Embarrassment in Some Rulings of worship Related to Women

The research aimed to highlight the aspects of facilitation and the relief of embarrassment in some of the rulings of worship related to women. The descriptive approach is used, and the research was divided into a theoretical introduction and six sections; the first: the definition of facilitation and the relief of embarrassment, the second: the manifestations of facilitation and the relief of embarrassment in tidiness, the third: the manifestations of facilitation and the relief of embarrassment in prayer, the fourth: aspects of facilitation and the relief of embarrassment regarding the non-obligation of zakat on women’s jewellery, the fifth: the permissibility of breaking the fast for pregnant and breastfeeding women in Ramadan and the sixth: facilitation and the relief of embarrassment regarding non-obligation of the farewell circumambulation to menstruating and postpartum women. The research ended with a conclusion. The results showed that: among the manifestations of simplification in Islamic law is the exemption of women from Friday and congregational prayers, the omission of making up prayers for menstruating and postpartum women and the non-obligation of zakat on women’s jewelry.
