The research aimed to present a proposed educational vision for developing the specializations of preparing and qualifying teachers at the Faculty of Education, Ibb University. the descriptive-analytical approach is followed in this research which is divided into five sections; the first: research methodology, the second: literature review, the third: the status of the two faculties of education, Ibb University, the fourth: the proposed vision and the fifth: recommendations and suggestions. The results showed that: the Faculty of Education includes two types of teacher preparation and qualification programs; the first is a four-year program in which the graduate obtains a bachelor degree and the second is a one-year academic program meant to rehabilitate graduates in one of the educational specializations
