The Effect of Using Quantitative Feedback on the Achievement and Motivation to Learn Among Second-Level Students in the Geography Department at the Faculty of Education, Taiz

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the effect of using quantitative feedback on achievement and stimulating motivation to learn among second-level students in the Geography Department at the Faculty of Education, Taiz. It was based on the experimental approach and the research is divided into four sections; the first: a methodological framework, the second: a theoretical background on feedback, the third: research procedures and the fourth is the results and recommendations. The results showed that quantitative feedback was better than the traditional method in increasing motivation to learn among second-level students in the Department of Geography at the Faculty of Education, Taiz.
