Formulating marketing medley for library services in light of the supply and demand mechanism

This article aims to study the traditional condition of libraries and the possibility of developing their services in light of fast technological developments. The study employs the deductive and analytical approach. It is divided into an introduction and four sections. Section 1 addresses the study general framework including its importance, objectives, hypotheses and previous studies. Section 2 discusses how scientific institutions depend on either the public or private sector. Section 3 examines the productiive process of library activities. Section 4 tackles the marketing medley of library services, analyzing the pricing policy for library services. it concludes by providing administrative and marketing solutions that combines intellectual property rights with the realities of the technology revolution.
