Abstract

#This research aims to explore the nature of career planning and development process and its practical implementation in the civil service offices in the Republic of Yemen. The research utilizes statistical and descriptive-analytical methods and consists of a general introduction to the study, followed by the following sections: the theoretical framework, selection and discussion of study hypotheses, presentation of research results, and concluding with recommendations. The study reveals several important findings, including deficiencies in the career planning of employees in the researched organizations, manifested by the absence of a holistic perspective on the integrated relationship between the individual's role and the organization, and the impact of each on the other and its reflection on organizational development.
