The Research aimed to explain the mechanisms of rhetorical analysis in the book Dala’il al-I’jaz by Abdul-Qaher Al-Jurjani, and what distinguishes it from those who preceded it in this analysis and after it. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and the research was divided into an introduction and two sections; the first: Systems and Commentary and the second is the Mechanisms of Rhetorical Analysis: Systems, Interpretation, Reception and Taste. It ends with a conclusion.
The most important results are: In his book, Dala’il al-I’jaz [Evidence of Miracles], Abdul-Qaher Al-Jurjani relied on a rhetorical analytical approach based on systems theory, which focused on the structures of compositions and revealing the nature of the relationships that connect words within the context of composition. The mechanisms of this analysis were based on systems, interpretation, reception and taste.
