This research aimed to study the size properties of silicon insulation through focusing on the relations between the factor of loss and insulation constant, and the insulation size alternated in the electrical field. The research was ranged into three areas. The 1st area was titled ''designing a high pole stress system with protection series to measure the size properties. The 2nd area titled ''mathematical model'' while the 3rd area was titled ''experimental model''. The findings of the study proved the properties of size insulation, loss factor in particular, was affected by the insulation size which was shown by an experimental mathematical model. However, these findings reinforced the process of testing the quality of electrical insulation quantitatively and qualitatively.
