The aim of this paper was to show provisions stated in our pure sharia regarding husbands' guardianship over their women's disobedience (for them) based on what Allah obligated them (women) in relation, and the legitimacy of this issue, and requirements for that. This paper was divided into four sections. The first section was devoted to defining guardianship and punishment, husband’s rights towards his wife, and praising righteous women. The second section was devoted to defining disobedience showing its rule and forms. The third section was devoted to establishing the right to punish while the fourth one was devoted to show means and criteria of punishment. The paper introduced a number of conclusions such as the noble Islamic sharia praised both righteous women and men, ordered the man first to do what is required by him towards his wife and treat her well, the sharia provides guardianship for the husband to, permissibly not obligatorily, punish his wife in case of disobeying him, and the husband’s right to punish his wife was only in case of disobedience controlled by legislation rules rather than following his desires.
