Abstract

The study aims to analyze the differences in the level of beliefs in superstitious beliefs among students based on various variables, including gender, place of residence, major, and academic level. The study covers the following sections: introduction, research problem, significance and objectives of the research, research terminology, previous studies, research procedures, and research findings. The research has led to several conclusions, including that male students have a higher belief in superstitious beliefs compared to female students. Additionally, higher education does not positively impact the reduction of belief in superstitious beliefs, as students enter and exit university without significant changes in their beliefs, regardless of their scientific or humanities majors. This is a concerning and logically unacceptable indicator.
