#The study aims to measure the effectiveness of the proposed training program in developing mathematical communication skills among mathematics teachers in secondary education in Ibb Governorate. The study consists of following sections: an introduction, study terminology, theoretical background and previous studies, the importance of mathematical communication, the importance of communication skills, strategies for developing mathematical communication skills, methods for developing mathematical communication skills, assessment of mathematical communication skills, research procedures, discussion and interpretation of study results, and a conclusion. The study revealed statistically significant difference in favor of the multidimensional measurement of mathematical communication skills as a whole. The study also showed that there was a remarkable impact of the proposed program on improving teachers' performance levels.
