Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between promotion policy and job satisfaction of employees at Imran University, and identifying the impact of demographic variables such as gender, qualification, years of experience, and training courses on promotion policy and job satisfaction. The study is organized into an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion.  The first section addressed the promotion policy, while the second section focused on job satisfaction. The practical framework included field study procedures, discussion of study results, and conclusion. The study findings revealed that there was a statistically significant relationship between promotion policy and job satisfaction among employees at Imran University. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences in the perception of promotion policy and job satisfaction based on gender, educational qualification, years of experience, and training courses.
