THE Legitimate Interest According to AL- Imam Al-Juwaini Through his Book (Ghayath Al-Omam)

Abstract

# This research is an attempt by the researcher; to show the practical method adopted by one of the figures of "Fundamentals of jurisprudence", namely Imam Al-Juwaini in extracting the Islamic legal opinion for some issues in his era which have not been covered by the up-to-date studies, or studied by the former scholars, addressing the most important jurisprudence which was exposed in his book (Ghayath Al-Omam Fi Tiath Al-Dhulam). It was clearly evident that the adoption of the legitimate interest (urgent), whose influence was witnessed, with specific controls, and knowledge of the dimensions of the issue that draws the legitimate opinion, and the implementation of the rule (Bring interests and prevent evil) and avoiding the contradiction between them.
