The strategic frameworks to combat poverty in Yemen and Mauritania are based on several main axes aimed at accelerating growth and macroeconomic stability and promoting growth in the economic environment of the poor through the development of human resources and the expansion of basic services to increase the overall capabilities of the country. And are still concerned by countries at the national level through the national strategy targeted for economic development under social protection by focusing on the health sector, education and water, and modernization of infrastructure, giving care The economic development process in Yemen and Mauritania has faced many challenges, such as weak existing infrastructure and underdevelopment in productive structures. Thus, the countries of study at the national level with some economic partners Internal and external programs to combat poverty, which represented the general framework of economic policy, which led to the application of some national policies and strategic frameworks to alleviate poverty under the umbrella of social protection.
