Abstract

#The study aimed to construct a scale for organizational culture in Yemeni universities by determining the quantitative criteria for the scale, as well as extracting its psychometric values. In light of the theoretical literature, which included relevant studies and scientific research on the study topic, the researcher relied on a quantitative approach that utilized measurement tools, with the questionnaire being the most important tool, as a suitable instrument for measuring organizational culture in various organizations, especially educational ones. The researcher employed a descriptive survey method in the study, with the study population consisting of academic leaders in the faculties of Ibb University. The study sample was determined using survey sampling. After the statistical analysis of the study data, the following results were among the most important: There is a strong correlation between the correlational values of each item in the survey domains and the total score of the study scale, confirming the validity of the scale construction. There is a strong correlation between the correlational values of each domain in the survey and the total score of the scale, confirming the internal consistency reliability of the scale. There is a correlation between items with high correlational values and items with low correlational values, confirming the discriminant validity of the scale items. The reliability coefficients of the scale, measured through internal consistency and split-half reliability, obtained very high values according to R-person, Spearman-Brown, Guttman, and Cronbach's Alpha equations, confirming the different validity values of the scale mentioned earlier. The study concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
