Abstract

#The research focuses on presenting the objectives of Sharia law in emphasizing the preservation of health while considering the following: 1.That human beings are the center of life, and therefore, their care and well-being require comprehensive attention. This means caring for life in all its details because civilizations and infrastructures in all aspects of life arise from human beings. 2.Health is the strongest and most resilient arm of life, and healthcare is akin to people's worship of Allah Almighty, in the general sense and not in a classificatory sense, as the sick person cannot achieve complete servitude.
