Provisions of practical education in Islamic jurisprudence and its contem-porary applications (Study of fundamentalist jurisprudence)

Abstract

This study was concerned with the statement of practical education in the Prophetic Sunnah, in terms of clarifying what is meant by it, mentioning its evidence and effects, listing its divisions and types, clarifying its provisions, etiquette, and controls, and how to get benefit from it in contemporary reality, and its applications to some educational techniques, such as representation, and photography. The researcher pointed out in the folds of the study the great benefits needed by education and education specialists, and within this study, the jurisprudential and fundamental provisions related to practical education, so that this study would be an important tributary in the field of education. The study included an introduction consisting of the study terminologies, and four chapters: the first the actions of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and the second: in practical education in the Sunnah of the Prophet, the third: in the departments of scientific education, and the fourth: in its contemporary applications, all in a clear statement, and a sequential scientific method, hoping to benefit from it in the studies.
