Selections of Suleiman Al-Rumi in The Pursuit of the Muslim and Ghaniyat Al-Mughanim (Ghareeb Narration by Sahih Muslim)

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the modern ،linguistic and ideological choices and preferences of Imam Suliman as well as the Sharia Jurisprudences mentioned in his Boughyat Almuslim (the Muslim pupose) and Ghouunyat Almaghnam (the setting of an authenic stronger (Muslim)). To achieve this, researcher used the descriptive -analytical approach,  as well as the inductive approach in collecting those choices and preferences from the Boughuat ( the purpose ). The research was divided into an introduction, a preliminar chapter, then four chapters, and a conclusion that included the most important results and recommendations, The research reached to a number of results, the most important of which is the emergence of the personality of the distinguished author Suleiman Al-Rumi (d. 1134 AH), the emergence of his scientific stature, the breadth of his culture, and his abundonce of knowledge, He does not merely quote his ancestors' ideas, but he criticized their views. This cleary appeared in his scholarly choices, and his giving preference to some of the scholarly opinions of thos who preceded him in this field or in others. The emergence of the scholarly status of the (The Pursuit of the Muslim Richness of Butin  Boughyat Al muslim and Ghounyat Al Mashnam). Narration of Ghareeb sahin Muslim and its importance and advantages, through the diversity of the topics that dealt with, and the large mumber of their sources. The author Imam Suliman had his own hadith, ldeobgical, linguistic, and jurisprudential choices and preferences, despite his imitation of Imams of his school of thought in jusisprudence or ideology, in most of the issues that he addressed in this topic of this research in particular, and others. The emergence of the author's doctrine through his agreement on the most important issues of faith with the maturid ( Al matredyah) school of thought; he is a sunni in general. The emergence of the author's doctrine through his agreement and preference for many jurisprudential issues of the Hanafi school of thought.
