The reality of re-engineering educational supervision processes in the educational administration in Ibb Governorate

The current research aimed to identify the reality of re-engineering of educational supervision processes in the Education Management in Ibb Governorate, and in order to achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive survey method due to its appropriation for the nature of the research, and questionnaire as a tool for study, and the research community may specify a range of supervision leadership in Ibb Governorate, who practice educational supervision, the sample was selected for them (75).
The current study has been reached by many of the most important results: the medial level of consent of experts participating towards the reality of re-engineering of educational supervision processes in the Education Management in Ibb Governorate. All areas of the tool as a whole obtained a total arithmetic mean (1.67), a total standard deviation of (0.42), and verbal significance (medial), and the research reached a number of recommendations and suggestions related to the topic of research
