This study entitled ''Imam Al-Mawzaei's Inference Approach and Rules in Issues of Faith, died in 825 AH'' aimed to show his approach in addressing his approach and rules of inference concerning the issues of Islamic faith such as receiving issues of faith through individuals and mind. To achieve this objective, an analytical inductive approach was used. The study was ranged into an introduction and three sections. Section I was devoted to address the definition of terms; Section II was devoted to address the sources of reception to the issues of faith; and Section III addressed the approach of inference in the issues of faith. Accordingly, a number of conclusions and recommendations were revealed; the most important ones are as follows. Al-Mawzaei's inference approach in the Islamic faith are attributed to the texts of both Holy Quran and Sunnah, including visible or hidden evidences; scholars consensus, reason, and innatablity; and in case of text and reason collision, text is followed. The study recommends calling relevant authorities to pay attention to Imam Al-Mawzaei's heritage, and conduct further studies on this scientific personality to enable both students and researchers to benefit from his scientific and intellectual contribution.
