Abstract

The aim of the research is to know derivation and conjugation and their effect on tipping  between meanings in interpretation. The descriptive approach is adopted. The research is divided into; an introduction and two sections; first: the difference between derivation and conjugation whereas the second is applied examples of the effect of derivation and conjugation in tipping between meanings in interpretation. The main results are that: referring to language in understanding the Holy Qur’an  is a legal religious necessity. Knowledge of Sharia is dependent on knowledge of language. Among these derivation and conjugation, many commentators have decided their importance in tipping meanings and correcting some expressions that agree with the conjugation of the word and its origin.
