Boughayt Almuslim and Ghonyat Almoamen (Dabet Ghareeb Saheeh Muslim – Alzakah book) written by Alfadel Suliman bin Ahmed Alroomy (died in 1134 AH): A Study and Verification for Al-Zakah Book as a Case-in-Point

Abstract

The research aimed at studying a manuscript titled '' Boghyat Al-Muslim wa Ghenyat Al-Maghnam: Controlling Muslim's Strange Correct Hadiths, authorized by Sulaiman ibn ahmed al-Roomi, Died in 1134 AH: Zakat Book as a Model, and verifying it.  This manuscript is merely an epistle in the Prophet's hadith which was devoted to narrow the explanations of Sahih Muslim down called Al-Menhag (Approach): Al-Nawawi' Explanation to Muslim. To achieve the objectives of the paper, a historically inductive approach was used to introduce the author, his manuscript, and its affiliation to him. Then, a descriptive approach was used  to show the approach of the author and his style. The paper was divided into two sections in that Section I was devoted to study the author and the epistle while section II was devoted to provide a scientific verification for the epistle. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were introduced.
