The research aimed to evaluate the Effectiveness of the Teaching Practice Programme from the Perspective of Fourth Year Students, Faculty of Education, Ibb University. The descriptive-analytical approach is followed and 234 male and female students were selected as the sample. The research is divided into Introduction which is followed by four sections; the first: a theoretical framework, the second: the research methodology and procedures, the third: Research results and discussion and the fourth section is a conclusion and recommendations. The main results are that: there are positive aspects of teaching practice at the Faculty of Education, Ibb University, even though the presence of some negative sides such as imbalance in the distribution of students to schools.
