#The research aims to highlight the alleged conflict between security protection and respect for human rights, as well as identify the sources of terrorism and propose a new perspective on the issues of terrorism and human rights. The research adopts a descriptive methodology and is divided into three sections: the unidirectional approaches (the security approach), evaluating the security and legal proposals, and a proposed comprehensive vision for terrorism and human rights issues. The key findings indicate that the proposed comprehensive approach remains limited in its practical results, and its effectiveness is contingent upon respecting the nature and specificity of each country. Therefore, its success relies on comprehensive knowledge of all the details regarding the causes and motives behind each crime at the country level.
