The Objectives of Shariah according to Al-Alamah Al-Bouti (An Applied Theoretical Study)

Abstract

#This study focused on elucidating the objectives of Shariah according to Al-Alamah Al-Bouti and the extent to which his statements are connected to the opinions of previous and contemporary scholars. It also examined his unique interpretations, whether in agreement, disagreement, clarification, or affirmation of the scholars who preceded him. This affirms the depth of knowledge and proficiency of Al-Alamah Al-Bouti in the principles of jurisprudence and its objectives, as well as his role in serving the comprehensive Islamic legal sciences. The study employed a diversified approach and multiple considerations, while maintaining a scientific and unbiased perspective.
