This is research of Al-Kefayah fi Sharh Al-Hedayah written by Tudge Galaladdin ibn Shamsaddin Al-Khwrezmi Al-Kerlani Al-hanafi (Died in 767 AH). This research included an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The aim of the research: studying and highlighting the manuscript in a scientifically correct manner. Introducing the book "Kifaya" and its author, using the historical descriptive approach and the analytical approach. In the procedures: I relied on the mother copy, then compared it with the other copies, with an indication of the difference between them. I highlighted the sayings of the owner of guidance, which Al-Karlani explained, and put them in brackets. I have translated for the names mentioned in this research. The texts and sayings quoted by the author were documented from their sources. I showed the strange words with their documentation from the dictionaries of language and jurisprudence. I extracted hadiths, and showed the correct ones from their weak ones, relying on the books of the hadith scholars. This is with regard to the hadiths mentioned in the two Sahihs. I have defined the countries and places. The search results were as follows: I did not find an adequate translation of Al-Karlani because he has Matrudi faith. Al-Karlani provides the fundamentalist rules according to the Hanafi method. Al-Karlani linked jurisprudential issues with the language of syntax, morphology and rhetoric
