The reality of continuing education and community service programs in Yemeni universities in light of the approach of the learning organization

The aim of the current research is to diagnose the reality of continuing education and community service programs in Yemeni universities in the light of the learning organization approach. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and information, after verifying its validity and reliability, and it was applied to stratified random sample, which started by selecting a random sample from public universities at (8) universities, with a percentage of (50%). From these universities, a stratified random sample was selected from academic and administrative leaders related to continuing education and community service centers, their number reached (136) leaders, at a percentage of (9.3%) of the total members of research population. To analyze the data, the researcher used the statistical program (SPSS), represented by the following statistical methods: arithmetic means, standard deviations, relative weights, and Cronbach's alpha correlation coefficient. The research reached many results, the most important of which are: The overall result of diagnosing the reality of the performance of Yemeni universities in the light of the learning organization from the point of view of the members of the sample was (small), with an arithmetic mean (2.16), a standard deviation (.93), and a relative weight (43%) .The research concluded by presenting a number of recommendations and suggestions related to the development of the reality of the performance of Yemeni universities in the light of the learning organization approach.
