Requirements for Developing Investment in the Education Systems in Yemen

The objective of this study is to identify the requirements for the development of investment in education systems in Yemen. To achieve this objective, a descriptive approach was used where a questionnaire was used as a tool for gathering data. The society of the study was experts specialized in management and educational planning at Yemeni universities, and leading practitioners working at the institutions of general, technical and university education. Then, a purposive sample of 33 experts were selected. The findings of the study revealed that the degree of agreement among the experts towards the requirements for the development of investment in Yemen education systems (public, technical and university) was high (M= 3.97, SD= 0.25, = 99%). The field of technological, information and communication requirements was posited the top rank while the field of political and legislative requirements posited the second rank, security and social requirements posited the third rank, the administrative and organizational requirements posited the fourth rank, the educational and educational requirements posited the forth rank, and the field of material and financial requirements posited the fifth rank.
