The objective of this research is to identify the barriers of applying electronic supervision in public schools in Ibb City. To achieve this objective, a survey descriptive approach was used. The society of the study was composed of 68 educational supervisors who were administered a 47-item questionnaire. A number of statistical techniques were used such as mean, standard deviation, a t-test for two independent samples. It was found that the degree of barriers for the application of electronic supervision in general was very high; there were no statistically significant differences at the level (a=0.05) between the samples' responses to the barriers for the application of electronic supervision attributed to the variables of qualification, specialization, and years of experience. Finally, a number of recommendations and suggestions were introduced.
