Analysis of the Scholarship System in the Republic of Yemen and Ways to Reform: An Analytical Study

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the scholarship system in the Republic of Yemen and how to address the problems it suffers from according to the perspective of the financial and administrative reform process. The descriptive-analytical approach is used and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection from a sample of 200 students. The research was divided into three sections; the first: a theoretical introduction, the second: a methodological framework, third: research procedures, then results and recommendations. The results showed that, financial stipend for bachelor studies students is insufficient due to the increase of the living cost some countries. The employees in the Yemeni Cultural Attachés are sufficient.
