Secion 3 presents the concepts and terminologies in this science. Section 4 spells out language classification. Section 5 presents linguistic trees. Section six focusses on language evolution and death. It concludes that language is human-like in many of its aspects as it is born, grows, develops and dies so as to give birth to a new language. It is also found that studying factors pertinent to this issue opens windows to vast fields of constant clash of civilization, religions and people, paying much attention to the comprehensive environmental disasters for showing how to dry the roots of a language existence.
