Lughat Akaluni Al-Baragheith [Language of I was eaten by fleas] in Arabic Language

Abstract

The research aimed to trace the use of Lughat Akaluni Al-Baragheith [I was eaten by fleas language variety] he flea-eaten me language variety] in the Qur’an, poetry and the Prophet’s hadith [sayings]; its grammatical ruling and the most likely reason for its use. The inductive approach is used and the research is divided into: an introduction to the language variety, its parsing, its evidence from the Qur’an, Hadith, and poetry, its ruling between listening and analogy. The research ended with a conclusion. The main results are that: it is permissible to make analogy with this language variety as a linguistic license because its relative paucity does not prevent analogy. Otherwise, it is better to adhere to classical language, which requires leaving out the dual and plural signs in the verb attributed to a dual or plural, or anything that indicates plural, in preference of the mostly well-known.
